Blackwater WATER PROJECT

Blackwater residents are moving right along in gathering easements for the proposed public water line. A community meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 17, 2010 at 6:30PM at the Blackwater Fire Hall. Katie Osborne reports, "We have to have 105 easements signed, and we've got 58 signed so far.
